Hf - with sharp cutting edge, used for finishing internal holes, fine finishing of surface can be achieved with a slow feed rate. Xab849: substrate with excellent wear-resistance, in combination with mt-ticn, thick layer al2o3tin coating. It is an ideal grade for the finishing steel, cast steel and stainless steel under high speed and dry machining. Asa insert no is dcmt-32.51-Hf. ISO insert no is dcmtlll304hf. Measures 29/64" Length by 5/32" width. Hole diameter is 0.17". I.C. Is 3/8". nose radius is 0.0157".
