Triple heat treated Ni-Cr-Mo alloy steel pin less hammer mechanism for ultimate durability. The AIRCAT 1900-A-1 is a 1" drive impact wrench that produces 1900 ft-lbs of torque. Its used for bolts & fastener tightening and removal up to 1 1/4". Free speed RPM is 5500 producing 1600 impacts per minute. the "pin-less" hammer mechanism is triple heat treated Ni-Cr-Mo alloy steel for ultimate durability. It has rubber molded-on the front hammer case and motor housing for protection. The D handle has been enlarged and the trigger has rubber inlayed for operator comfort. The forward/reverse switch is combined with the power management switch for convenience. The air inlet is swivel to prevent hose tangle. The anvil has both friction ring and through hole for versatile use. The minimum hose size is 1/2" and the air inlet is 1/2" NPT. Like all air tools the 1900-A-1 is designed to run at 90 PSI at the air inlet while the trigger is engaged. Like all AIRCAT tools it has a 2 year parts & labor warranty.
