This is an O.E.M. part. Quick Dam flood gates are the ideal solution to preventing flood water from entering in through doorways & openings. This easy to use system expands within the doorframe to create a water tight seal up to 26" high. System even allows continued use of the opening by simply stepping over it. The sturdy steel frame with scissor jack & 7Mm neoprene sleeve can be stored, used & stored away for multiple uses. Flood gates expand unto 5" each & requires no alterations or fixtures to doorways. Just keep in a nearby closet, drop it in place, expand the jack & 4 bolts & that's it! larger openings may require the added stanchion to join multiple flood gates together.
