Clear Seal is a unique, semi-clear elastomeric plastic sealant and adhesive for wood and concrete. It penetrates deeply into wood and concrete to actually glue and bind together the molecules of the surface it is being applied to. Rotting and deteriorating surfaces can be restored to a somewhat new condition and often the surface life can be extended for one or more years of usefulness. Clear Seal helps preserve wood from mildew and moss formation, helps to prevent concrete efflorescence and helps to prevent rust from penetrating metal by preventing air from reaching the surface. Clear Seal is excellent for use on Wood Shingles, Wood Decks, Brick, Chimney, Log Homes, Cedar Siding, Concrete, Porches, Stucco, Stone, Lumber, Fiberglass Roof Panels, Basements, Fences, and as a rust inhibitor on metal. Clear Seal may be added to many water based latex stains or coatings to increase adhesion to other surfaces, especially chalking surfaces. One gallon will cover approximately 200 sq. ft. Actual coverage will depend on surface texture and porosity. This product can be thinned with water.
