Not recommended for outdoor use and chemical exposure. B-853 Cardstock Lockout Tags 65452 size is 5-3/4" Height, 3" Width in black and red on white color. Header is "DANGER", front legend is "DO NOT OPERATE This lock/tag may only be removed by: ETC (w/ diagonal stripes)" and back legend is "This energy source has been LOCKED OUT! Only the individual who signed the reverse side may remove this lock/tag. Remarks:". Substrate type is paper cardstock. Standard material colors are white, yellow, red, green, fluorescent orange, fluorescent red, fluorescent green, chartreuse and orange. Standard legend colors are black, red, green, magenta, orange, yellow, and blue. Shelf Life is Indefinite when stored at 70 degree fahrenheit (21 degree celsius) and 40 percent to 50 percent R.H.
