This precise two stage regulation provides superior operating characteristics for applications where change in delivery pressure would affect performance characteristics of work or test results. The VTS two stage regulators are designed for medium applications and for medium to large cylinders. Delrin insert bushing for durability and easier adjusting. Die-forged brass spring housing cap provides greater strength and durability. Stainless steel diaphragm gives accurate long lasting service. Stem-Type seat mechanism inlet pressure aids in sealing. Stainless ball in key is for easy adjustment. Adjusting spring pretested is for quality assurance. Die-forged brass body for extra strength. Precision machined nozzle for optimum flow control. Adjusting spring is designed for precise preset. External self reseating relief valve was not designed to protect downstream equipment. Sintered inlet filter is made of electroless nickel plated bronze. This regulator will deliver at least the stated upper range and in some cases may exceed the stated upper range. Delivery range is 2-40 PSIG. Gauge range inlet is 400 and the outlet is 60. CGA inlet connection is 555 and he outlet connection is 9/16 inch - 18 M LH. Maximum inlet pressure is 350 PSIG.
