This, combined with a special blend of metal powders, will help to deliver extremely fast cutting and long life in a variety of materials including concrete, cured concrete with heavy reinforcement and hard masonry materials. The newly designed Pro-U segment has double-pointed tips to penetrate quickly and hold a straight drilling path to reduce side drag, and also increases water flow to reduce heat and to remove slurry more efficiently. This concrete core bit is used for general purpose wet drilling on cured concrete with hard aggregate and medium to heavy steel reinforcement, and asphalt overlay on concrete using either a Handheld Core Drill or a Core Drill Rig.
