May be top coated with Latex or Oil based finish Paints. Kwic-kote wall primer & sealer is a fast drying, vinyl acrylic wall primer for interior walls and ceilings. Kwic-kote is specially recommended for unpainted drywall surfaces as it will not raise the surface fibers. Kwic-kote may also be used on new or previously painted plaster, masonry or tight wallpaper. This product may be top coated with either latex or oil based finishes. Kwic-kote features quick dry, easy water clean-up and application with brush, roller or spray.
