May be top coated with latex or oil based finish paints. Kwic-Kote Wall Primer & Sealer is a fast drying, vinyl acrylic wall primer for interior walls and ceilings. Kwic-Kote is specially recommended for unpainted drywall surfaces as it will not raise the surface fibers. Kwic-Kote may also be used on new or previously painted plaster, masonry or tight wallpaper. This product may be top coated with either latex or oil based finishes. Kwic-Kote features quick dry, easy water clean-up and application with brush, roller or spray.
