Filter-A-Fan is a frame that attaches to a box fan. It allows you to slide in common 16-Inch x 16-Inch furnace type filters to filter out dust, saw dust, mold spores, pollen or anything else in the air. Filter-A-Fan lets you be in charge of the size of the dust particles you are dealing with based on the type of filter you choose to use. An inexpensive polyester type filter may be adequate, or you may want use the higher electrostatic quality pleated filters which are readily available and filter down to microns. Installation is a breeze! Simply remove the screws that hold the fan grill on, put the Filter-A-Fan frame over the grill and reattach the screws. Then just slide a filter in. You just turned a box fan into the most cost effective air filter available. The result is affordable clean air for your home or shop.
