This While-in-use Horizontal weatherproof cover by Greenfield is to be used in conjunction with an already installed receptacle box containing a duplex, GFCI outlet or switch. It comes with multiple adapter plates to accomplish this. It also includes a foam gasket to place between existing receptacle box and While-In-Use cover for a weatherproof installation. The While-In-Use cover is cast metal and powder coated White in color. This device is incompliance with the 2002 National Electric Code for weatherproof while-in-use receptacle covers installed outdoors or in wet locations. It is UL Listed and is NEMA 3R rated.
