Improper installation can cause error display. When the monitor is reading 0 or nothing, please try:
1) Start car engine, then start the monitor
2) shake the sensor to wake it up3) Install the sensor, meanwhile observe the reading and adjust the plug angle or fasten the screw till the reading is correct.

Note:The monitor has no battery and it should be connected to cigarette lighter when you are using it.
