The Dust Buddie can be converted to an efficient dust collector when cutting with the edge of a saw blade, a crack chaser or a tuck pointer. Our snap on cover plates can be attached to any 5' or 7' Dust Muzzle. The 5' Dust Muzzle/Cover Plate combination will work with saw blades, crack chasers and tuck pointers with diameters from 4' to 5'. The 7' Dust Muzzle/Cover Plate combination will work with 6' and 7' saw blades, crack chasers and tuck pointers. When used with our Wet/Dry Dustless #16003 Vacuum, the worker can make dustless cuts in tile, cement, fiberglass or other materials when using diamond or carbide tipped saw blades and wheels. Be sure see our competitively priced complete line of 'Diamond Wheels and Blades'. Many times an arbor extender is needed to extend the cutting wheel away from the dust muzzle. When the wheel is very close to the collar of the grinder it can rub on the dust muzzle and not be centered with the dust muzzle. To extend the cutting wheel out from the collar 1/2 inch, center the cutting wheel and make your tool more maneuverable, we HIGHLY recommend using an arbor extender.
