1.Connecting electrode, black wire to black connection, red wire to red connection.
2. Connect argon gas trough argon gas pressure reducing valve, adjust gas value to minimum.
3. Welding needle can be sharpened by grinding on the grinding wheel, sharp point electricity principle.
4.Needle should be more 5mm out from welding connection, diameter of needle is 0.1mm.
Operation steps?
1.Connect to electricity and power on.
2.Adjust power by turn knob, rough set scale ranges from 1-1.5, accurate scale ranges from 7-8.
3.Clamp the workpiece, workpiece can not touch welding needle directly, the distance between them is better 0.5mm.
4.Step the pedal, then move your feet from it, welding finished.
