Description
According to the principle of Brinell hardness test, PHB-1 hammer impact Brinell hardness tester applies test force by hammer impact, accurately controls test force by shear pins, uses reading microscope to read the diameter of round indentation on specimen after testing, gets accurate Brinell hardness value through conversion table.
1580kg test force, ?7.26mm spherical indenter, F/D2=30. The test condition is equivalent to the commonly used 3000kg test force, ?10mm ball condition.
Large test force, low requirement for smooth finish of specimen surface.
Test force is controlled accurately; testing result has high accuracy and repeat ability.
With tolerance 5~6%.; accuracy is much higher than traditional Poldi type hammer impact Brinell hardness tester.
Only one inexpensive shear pin is consumed in each test.; low testing cost.
Easy, quick and simple operation; no sampling required; high accuracy.
Suitable for testing hardness of large, unmovable and non-cutting castings and forgings.
