商品説明
Silicone base and wooden storage box. Sharpen knife blades with this Messermeister double sided oil stone. Made in the USA for use with Asian single bevels, German convex tapers, and heavy cleaver style edges, it has a soft white surface and a hard black surface. To use it, apply oil to the stone and then push your knife blade across the surface at the desired angle. Always finish with the hard black side of the stone. Instructions are included to tell you exactly which angle to use for different types of blades. It also comes with a silicone base and a wooden storage box for preservation.
