Made from high-strength chrome vanadium steel. Cut copper, aluminum, and soft steel wire with the TEKTON 7 in. High-Leverage Diagonal Cutting Pliers. Opposing twin blades make clean, even cuts through insulated and non-insulated wire in solid, stranded, or braided forms. To create extra leverage and power, the rivet is positioned closer to the blades, making it much easier to cut harder materials in heavier gauges. For superior performance and a long life, the blades are ground to a keen edge and hardened by an induction heat-treating process. Slim, comfortable, nonslip grips are easy to handle and won't get in your way.
