Easy to Use. Miracle matte finish sealer is a specially formulated water base coating designed to enhance the beauty and natural color of Saltillo and terra cotta surfaces. Matte Finish Sealer enhances the look with a beautiful, high gloss finish. The unique formula allows to work with hard to coat surfaces. Color enhancement for textured stone surfaces including flamed granite, tumbled marble, Saltillo, terra cotta, unglazed ceramic tile, cleft faced slate, textured cast stone, clay pavers, masonry, cast and natural stone, flamed limestone, textured natural stone, brick, concrete and slate. Matte Finish Sealer exceeds minimum requirements for slip resistance. It is easy to use, non-hazardous, V.O.C. compliant, extremely durable and is easy to clean up with water. It can be spray buffed or high speed burnished to repair and rejuvenate. Always protect neighboring surfaces including wood, carpet, metal, landscaping and other non masonry surfaces. Coverage will vary depending on the density, porosity, textures, surface absorption, weather, time solution left on surface and application methods. Used as directed, Matte Finish Sealer coverage will vary from 500 - 1,500 square feet per gallon. Store in the original container upright and properly sealed Stored at 77 degree F (25 degree C), Matte Finish Sealer will have a shelf life of 12 months. Do not allow to freeze.
