Auto Shut Off The MB785 Stair Light will automatically turn on during a power outage, but if no one is home it will automatically turn off after 30 minutes to extend the battery life. The light provides 40 hours of continuous light on one set of batteries (not included) for prolonged power outages. It can be installed anywhere with the included mounting kit and does not need wiring to operate.
