The Ridgid 60382 Power-Driven 916 Roll Groover is used in conjunction with the Ridgid 535 Threading Machine. The 916 roll groover is the most durable and efficient lightweight portable unit available. It's specifically designed for field service roll grooving applications and quickly and easily mounts to the Ridgid 535 threading machine. Built with a solid, durable cast-iron housing, it withstands heavy usage, yet is light enough for easy transportation weighing only 33 pounds. The 916 features a patented single stroke feed mechanism that allows for accurate operation quickly and effortlessly. A depth adjustment screw separates from feed mechanism, allowing for consistent groove depth. The Integral feed handle is part of overall unit, requiring no extra tools. The roll groover has a capacity of 1 1/4" - 6" Sch. 10 Steel, Stainless Steel, and 1 1/4" - 3" Sch. 40 Steel , Stainless Steel. Optional roll sets for copper 2" - 6" (Types K, L, M, DWV), 1" Sch. 10, 40 steel pipes as well as 1 1/4" - 1 1/2" and 2" - 6" AWWA Roll Sets are also available (sold separately.)
