Important Notes
To take proper care of your PEGZOS expandable hose and ensure long product life, be sure to follow these usage tips.
1. Before you turn the water on, stretch the hose out to its full length.
2. Drain your hose in the summer when you are not using it and keep it shaded as much as possible.
3. The outer webbing protects the inner expandable hose, so please take care that the outer webbing is not cut, torn or puncture.
External Factor for Leaking Problem
1. Check if your sprayer fit with the PEGZOS expandable garden hose, the hose is only standard for the US.
2. If it's leaking at the faucet, add an extra washer which is included in the package to prevent it from happening.
3. The sprayer also should be built in has a leak-proof washer, if not it may cause the leak problem.
5 Ways to Avoid Bursting
1. When use the hose, do not put the water pressure all the way up if your water pressure is quite strong.
2. When store the PEGZSO Expandable Garden Hose, store it a bucket and bring it inside so it does not sit in the sun.
3. Make sure there it has no pressure on any part of the hose, never hang it like you do with regular hoses. Even a 100 foot flexible hose fits into a regular size bucket.
4. Before storing it please drain it completely
5. Make sure don't step on it and it does not tangle on anything. Lay it out straight toward the area that you need to water then fill it with water, then stretch to full length.
*WE ALWAYS RECOMMEND THE USE OF A WATER PRESSURE REGULATOR WHILE OPERATING THE PEGZOS HOSE, WATER PRESSURE SHOULD NOT EXCEED 50 PSI FOR OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE. It is not recommended to leave the hose in direct sunlight or frigid temperatures for extended periods of time.
