The EYC14V33 is a member of the Panasonic ToughIP Tool series and has passed the IP standard test administered by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) receiving an IP56 rating, dust and water resistant. Panasonic's dust and water resistant technology has been demonstrated to comply with the IP standard by tests designed to gauge the level of protection against the intrusion of dust and water. The EYC14V33 combo kit consists of EY7441 Drill Driver and EY75A1 Impact Driver. The drill driver, EY7441 deliver 370in.lbs of full torque at any speed in a compact length- 7 5/8" lightweight - 3.75lbs frame. The drill has an 18-stage clutch plus drill position, 1/2-inch, heavy-duty keyless chuck, variable speed, 2-speed gear box, electric brake and quick-charging system and LED work light . The drill is ideal for general construction, plumbing, electric installation work and finish carpentry. The EY75A1X Impact Driver delivers high torque fastening, stays cool and comfortable. The EY75A1's 1,370 in.lbs power and 3 speeds make short work for tough jobs. Its lightweight of 3.53lbs, compact style reduce fatigue, while its new brushless motor and electronic switch increase the motors lifespan by about twice as long as our conventional motor. The EYC14V33 2pc Impact Driver Combo kit is powered by 3.3ah Cobalt Li-ion battery packs. This battery pack delivers high output with low heat generation resulting in twice the lifetime total performance versus current Ni-Cd battery packs. In addition the 14.4V drill/driver and impact driver combo kit utilizes Panasonic's unique GuardION system. The GuardION system monitors each battery cell during battery charging and during tool use to prevent over discharging and overheating of the battery pack thus insuring long life.
