A lock mechanism is included inside. It automatically locks hose and stop it in the place you want so that you don't have to hold the hose continually. You only need to simply tug the hose, then you may pull the hose to the position you want and lock again.

A powerful spring will help you to rewind the PVC hose back to the reel case well. After watering your garden, you may just simply tug the hose a little bit then hold the hose and guide it back to the reel, allowing it to safely layer & rewind. Never let it automatically rewind.

Mounting bracket allows 180 degree swivel, mounting hardware included.

When the hose reel is mounted on the wall, you can just remove the pin and easily take away the reel for storage when winter is coming.
When expecting freezing temperature, please remove the hose reel from the wall mounted bracket and stored indoor to avoid potential freeze damage.
