Installs above or below grade. Rain Bird RCKIT-1PK drip irrigation riser connection kit for 1/2" tubing. Convert a Rain Bird 1800 series spray head or any 1/2” riser or irrigation fitting to a drip zone. This all-in-one unit includes a 200-mesh filter and 30 PSI pressure regulator for proper operation of a drip irrigation system. Simply unscrew head of existing 1800 spray head, drop in kit and tighten. Attach 1/2" tubing by sliding into the universal compression fittings. From the Manufacturer: Rain Bird’s RCKIT-1PK Riser Connection Kit easily converts a conventional spray zone to a low-volume irrigation zone. Our Riser Connection Kit allows use of existing 1800 Series Spray Bodies as a drip irrigation connection point. Internal assembly drops into any 1804, 1806, or 1812 spray head body to easily retrofit an existing underground system to drip irrigation products. Other (non-1800) pop-up sprinklers can be replaced by digging up existing unit and threading conversion kit onto the 1/2" male fitting. Provides 30 PSI pressure regulation, and a 200-mesh filter screen readily accessible for cleaning. Connections: 1/2" female-threaded inlet with 1/2" male-threaded swivel outlet. Easy Fit 1/2” drip tubing connections on "T" allow quick and easy assembly to any standard size 1/2” drip tubing. Simply slide tubing into connection for a secure leak-proof seal. Can be installed above or below grade. Requires capping other heads on the zone; use Rain Bird 1800CAPOFF (sold separately) for quick secure termination. Flow: 0.5 to 4 GPM.
