Six hand forged carving tools from Two Cherries, Germany. This set can be used as a stand-alone beginner set, or as an addition to the Two Cherries twelve-piece carving tool set. Because of the quality materials and workmanship, these tools are strong, yet surprisingly light and well balanced, allowing the carver more control and less fatigue during use. Includes 14mm skew chisel, 16mm #6 gouge, 6mm #8 gouge, 14 mm #11 gouge, 10mm curved gouge, and 14mm v-tool. Produced by Two Cherries in Germany, the blades are hand forged of exceptional quality steel and are heat-treated to 61° Rockwell so they stay sharp longer than most other tools. The wooden octagon handle is comfortable to use and will not roll off your work surface.
