This Telemecanique XY2CH13470H7 Preventa XY2 emergency cable pull switch provides an alternative to multiple push button stations along a conveyor or around a machine. It has a key-operated emergency stop (Ronis key no. 421) and can be signaled at any point along a cable up to 50' (15 m) in length. It has two normally closed (NC) slow make, slow break contacts. It has manual tripping force adjustment, and it has a 1/2" National Pipe Taper (NPT) tapped cable entry. It has an operating temperature range from -25 to +70 degrees C and meets the Ingress Protection (IP) 65standard for protection against dirt, dust, and water. This emergency cable pull switch is Underwriters Laboratories (UL) listed, Canadian Standards Association (CSA) certified, meets International Electromechanical Commission (IEC) and European (EN) standards, and it conforms to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive. It is suitable for conveyor systems, packaging, textiles, transfer machines, presses, and paint lines, among other applications.
