Choose Norton Bear-Tex Clean and Finish Convolute Wheels for a fine surface finish with light pressure. Good for blending, rust removal, applying decorative, contrast finishes and low- to moderate-speed applications. Convolute wheels are formed by wrapping and bonding web material impregnated with abrasive grain and resin around a center core. Best performance level.
