Standard duty cylindrical levers are designed for multi-family, tenant improvement uses such as apartment complexes, retail/store-front, office buildings, religious and government facilities and hotel/motels where a stylish yet durable product is required. Turn/push-button locking; pushing and turning button locks outside lever, requiring use of key until button is manually unlocked. Pushbutton locking; pushing button locks outside lever until unlocked by key or by depressing inside lever. Clutch feature disengages outside spindle from latch when locked to prevent vandalism. Inside lever is always free for immediate egress.
