The Steel City 480-BW is a 4-Inch pre-galvanized steel square box surface cover. This cover is raised 1/8-Inch and is to used when you are installing a centered toggle switch. When installing an outlet box it is required by code to close the box with a cover, so that the wires are not exposed. This cover comes individually packaged with all the necessary screws for mounting.
