Replaces messy, loud Piston and ball-style vibrators. The vibco GIO-100 silent Pneumatic turbine Vibrator features 20 lbs. Of Vibratory force, 12,000 vibrations per minute (VPM), and employs vibco’s patented silent turbine Vibrator design. It has a threaded exhaust port to be used with Muffler (sold separately). exhausted air can be piped away up to 10 feet. The GIO-100 installs easily using a single-bolt mount. The composite housing with aluminum covers is durable and corrosion resistant. Use this product to replace loud ball and piston-style vibrators that require lubricated air. The vibco GIO-100 is pre-lubricated for life and requires 60 psi of clean, dry air and consumes just 3.5 cfm, operating at just 66 db on a-scale at 1 meter. ; &use a filter regulator for optimum life and performance (sold separately). ;.
